ELTI Brochure

ELTI consists of 33 total members, including 24 full members from 23 European Union member states. 

These full members are generally national official financial institutions dedicated to the promotion of public policies at national and EU level.

ELTI also includes 9 associate members, which are notably multilateral financial institutions, regional financial institutions, and non-banking institutions such as associations. Some of these members are from EU candidate countries (Turkey and Montenegro) whilst the multilateral institutions (such as NIB and CEB) cover a wider range of services across the entirety of Europe and its immediate periphery.

ELTI members therefore offer direct financial services in all 27 EU member states as well as Turkey, Norway, Montenegro and Iceland.

By CEB's extension, ELTI is also indirectly assisting Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia and the Ukraine (as CEB targeted members) as well as Switzerland, San Marino, Andorra, Liechtenstein and the Holy See (as CEB untargeted members).
